We care deeply about the quality, safety, and freshness of the food we prepare for your pets. Because we sell fresh, perishable pet food, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both food safety and our customers.

For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy:
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Two of a Kin.
- “Products” refers to any food or goods offered for sale by Two of a Kin.
- “Order” means a request placed by you to purchase Products from us.
- “Website” refers to our official website and online ordering platform.
- “You” refers to the customer placing an order, whether as an individual or legal entity.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of any food products once they have left our facility.
However, we understand that issues can occur. Refunds or replacements may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If payment was made via bank transfer, you will be asked to provide your bank details for processing.

THAWED OR UNSAFE DELIVERIES
We pack all orders carefully and ship using same-day express delivery to maintain food safety.
If your order arrives fully thawed, leaking, or unsafe to feed, please:
- Contact us immediately upon delivery
- Include clear photos of the packaging and products
We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements if:
- Delivery was rescheduled or redirected at the customer’s request
- The order was left unattended for an extended period
- The issue occurred due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it due to immediate preparation and handling of fresh food.
If you need to update:
- Delivery address
- Delivery time
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION BY TWO OF A KIN
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
If your order is cancelled by us, any payment received will be refunded in full.
